Animals On The Move will need close vehicle access (maximum 30m) to the set up area as we provide 30 minutes to setup.
If you require more time for setup or are concerned about setup access and obstacles please phone us on 1300 760 354.

Booking Forms & Deposits-

 Cancellation Policy-

*Cancellation outside 14 days prior to the event date, $50.00 of your deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.

*Cancellation within 14 days of the event date, $100 of your deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.

*Cancellations within 24 hours of a booking/event will be charged 50% of the full amount quoted in their signed booking confirmation form

*Cancelled within 4 hours of the event the full amount quoted in your signed booking form will be charged.

 

  • If wet weather or lack of shade is an issue we are able to set up indoors placing a tarp on the ground, under shelter or we have a marquee that we can set up for your session time.

    In circumstances of extreme heat we may encourage you to cancel. This may occur if heat reaches 35Degrees+ although we will not cancel without your acknowledgement and consent. If we encourage you to cancel we will refund your full deposit or any payment made toward your booking, and/or book another date.

     

    Lift Fee- If our staff are required to transport our equipment in a lift a $99 fee will be charged.

  • While our staff are setting up our attractions, for safety reasons we require all children/adults to keep clear of the area until we are set up. Obstacles may result in delayed set up time and raise safety issues. If there are any special instructions or requirements that may alter the time taken to set up our enclosure for your booking, ensure you inform and discuss with our office staff so we can arrange to accommodate these issues.
  • We would appreciate if our staff could have access to water for the animals and if hand washing facilities could be made available for all to wash hands after interacting with the animals.
  • Our animals will be rested every 2 hours for 1/2 an hour to keep them happy and healthy.
  • Please ensure you have provided us with correct and adequate address details for the event and contact details for confirmation, if we are unable to contact you prior to your event this will indicate a cancellation. We will ring you approximately one week prior to your booking date to reconfirm your booking details.

  • Stair Fee- If our staff are required to transport our equipment up or down more than five stairs a $99 fee will be charged.

    Travel Charges- if your location is more than 1hrs distance you may incur a $99 fee for each extra hour of travel.

    If your event is running outside your booked hours, we require clear access to and from set up area to ensure our staff are able to enter and vacate the event. If this is a problem please notify our office staff when booking is made as you will be charged for the extra time.

    Late changes- if you need to make changes to a confirmed booking date, time, address etc you must speak to our office staff and put changes in writing as we may not be able to accommodate these changes and charges may occur.

    Other points to consider-

    • We arrive 30mins earlier than your allotted time to allow ample set up time.
    • Our staff and vehicle will require closest access possible to setup area, if distance is greater than 50m or there are obstacles we may take longer which will affect our demonstration time, if this occurs during set up we will need to pack up earlier to ensure we are packed up on time to get to our next booking.
